Website Terms of Service
Effective August 15, 2026.
1. General Information Only
This site provides general business information only. It does not constitute legal, coding, compliance, tax, accounting, or clinical advice. You must consult your own professionals before making any billing or business decisions.
2. No Affiliation or Guarantee
Margin Health Partners is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), TriWest Healthcare Alliance, CMS, or any other federal or state agency. We do not guarantee any reimbursement increases, claim acceptances, or specific financial outcomes. All calculators and case studies are illustrative only.
3. No Engagement Created
Submitting a form or contacting Margin Health Partners does not create a consulting, billing-agent, attorney-client, or business-associate relationship. Any formal engagement requires a separate, mutually executed written agreement and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
4. Compliance & Accurate Claims
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all claims submitted to any payer accurately reflect the services furnished and comply with all applicable authorizations, payer contracts, fee schedules, and state/federal laws (including the False Claims Act). Margin Health Partners does not recommend or endorse changing a claim field (such as Place of Service) solely to obtain higher payment if it does not accurately reflect the service provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARGIN HEALTH PARTNERS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THIS WEBSITE OR ITS CALCULATORS.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Margin Health Partners and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website or your violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
