Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026.
This notice covers the public Margin Health Partners website. It does not govern data processed under a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
1. Protected Health Information (PHI) Restriction
DO NOT SUBMIT PHI THROUGH THIS PUBLIC WEBSITE. The contact forms on this site are not HIPAA-compliant conduits for PHI. Do not send patient names, dates of birth, claim images, medical records, authorization numbers, or any other patient-identifying information. If we require identifiable claim information for a diagnostic, we will establish a secure, HIPAA-compliant channel and execute a BAA first.
2. Information We Collect
We collect business contact information (name, work email, organization, role, volume metrics, and message content) that you voluntarily provide through our forms. We also collect standard website analytics data (such as IP addresses and browser types) to maintain and improve the site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your business information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, operate and secure the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request deletion of your information, and opt out of the sale/sharing of your information. Because this is a B2B service, much of the data we collect is exempt from certain CCPA provisions, but we are committed to respecting your privacy. Contact us via our main form to exercise these rights.
5. Security
We use standard security measures to protect the business information submitted. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use the site at your own risk.
